Horrible experience. If I could give no stars I would. I had a confirmed reservation but when I went to collect the car at the appointed day and hour I was told they didn't have any cars!!! No offer to help was made, this in spite of me being a Hertz Gold member for more than 30 years. Avoid at all costs and go straight to Alamo in Ensenada. Professional, helpful and they have cars

Friendly helpful service. I had a rock crack the windshield and there was no problem at all. Insurance I had purchased covered it all.

I made a online reservation with hertz a few days prior. When making.the reservation it quotes no need to call us to re-confirm. Just to be sure I got.my friend who spoke fluent spanish to call hertz ensanada and check the reservation he was told to go back to the website for booking and wasnt offerd anymore assistance. When I arived at Hertz I was told there was no vehicle for me or any vehicle that was available. So what is the.point of booking a vehicle with your written confirmation no need to reconfirm. I supplied themwith a mexican Cell number at no point was I contacted to be informed that my vehicle was not there and not to bother running from work to collect it.
