Look, the staff is very helpful and nice but I have never been to a hotel where a hundred dollar room didn't have a small fridge. After I paid and went to the room I had to pay another 85 dollars to get another room with a fridge. The desk clerk said I didn't ask for a room with a fridge. I have NEVER paid $ 100 and not had a fridge and wouldn't think I would have had to ask for one.

The hotel room smelled old and dirty. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and make noise as soon as you move. The tv doesn't work well. The towels are old and stiff. Overpriced and it hasn't been remodeled. Over all horrible experience. Stay at an air bnb this place doesn't deserve your money.

We stayed here 4 nights and it was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location, next to shops, restaurants, and places to see. The staff was excellent and the food was great. They take all the necessary precautions to make sure everyone is safe during this time of Covid. I will be back soon to Ensenada and I will for sure stay here again.

I only give it two stars the room was only a little bit bigger then my master bedroom closet. People at the desk were rude and the pool was closed. They said because of the virus. I guess no one ever told them that the virus can't live in pools because of the chemicals. The restaurant had great service and the food was good. I should have stayed at the Eiffel there rooms are over two times the size and 25 dollars a night less. Never again
