I went to pick up my tickets, it was 3:30 p.m. and there was no one in the module, I asked an employee of the mega that is at the entrance and he told me that the person in charge had gone out to eat, that he was returning at 16:00, I returned at 16:30 and there was still no one , I went back to look for the one at the entrance and there was another person and he told me that the manager had not gone to work. For that I had to ask permission in my work with how difficult it is to grant it.

I do not recommend buying tickets with them, they made me lose 3 tickets for wrestling because I did not bring the card with which I made the purchase because days before the ATM kept it, customer service did not answer and did not solve anything, loss of time and money. I never buy again through them.
