Cute hotel staff was amazing. I love the old world feel of the place. Pretty stained glass windows. It has a private parking lot which is nice. Parking is not easy to find in the city. The location is perfect. Walking distance to el Centro. a ton of food and fun at a very close walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband loved this place but I thought the decor and bathroom needed a little update though it was a bit more "country". Valladolid is an awesome city and this hotel is on the main square. We loved the breakfast in the morning at the restaurant.

Our room was quite small. And the balcony didn't have the best view either. The wifi wasn't the best. Parking was pretty big and the pool was nice. The staff was always friendly.

Very good location steps away from the main square. Beautiful building. We had 2 rooms (superior...) for our family and both were very old, not clean, some places literally dirty, issues with toilet canalisation (never seen something like this in a hotel), bad mattress and very noisy (the doors are the cheapest possible, you feel like you’re sleeping in the corridor). Extremely disappointing. Reception staff - a whole story apart... Terrible service and check-in experience. In Booking this hotel is 5 stars... honestly, it’s 2-3 stars maximum. The hotel restaurant serves pretty good food but a bit overpriced. The restaurant area is very nice and charming.

My husband and I were recommended to come here for dinner so we checked it out! It did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very relaxing and calm. The hotel was super cute and the little town surrounding it was awesome! Such a small town feeling versus Tulum and Cancun!
