We had great experience with CANCUN AND SHUTTLE AND TOUR. Agustin Benito was our driver and He is a GREAT and gave us tips and places to check out while we were in Mexico. He is super friendly and funny. Super polite!! Cancun and shuttle and tour is a great company. It’s super cheap (compare to other service) and the service is great.

I booked a last minute shuttle to the Cancun Ultramar from the airport and these guys were amazing. They were there early, met us with a sign with our names on it, were professional, and very respectful of Covid by wearing masks the whole time we were in the car. Pricing was also very reasonable and competitive. Thank you! Would definitely recommend to travelers, even during Covid.

Did my research and planning prior to departing for Cancun and landed on Cancun Shuttle and Tours to take us to/from the airport and hotel based on reviews and price. The service was easy to reserve, friendly, safe, COVID clean and 100% reliable. My flight into Cancun was delayed an hour and the driver was waiting there for us when we cleared immigration. I paid up front for the return trip when we were dropped off at the hotel and again... our driver was early and waiting for our departure from the hotel to the airport. Amazing business and reliable service.

Cared for...That's How You Feel. That's how we have felt for the last 7 years, Augustin has picked us up at the airport and from the ferry terminal. It is always a great feeling to see him there with a sign welcoming us to Mexico. He has also, taken us to Akumal and Tulum several times for day trips. He is very helpful and gets us to an from our destinations safely. Thanks, Cancun Shuttle and Tours. We will see you soon, Augustin!

AGUSTIN!!!! He was our driver on August 2, 2020 on our way back to the hotel. He truly cares about helping others and his charisma is out of this world! I’m glad we contracted this company and I’m extremely satisfied with his service. 10/10 recommend.
