Dishonest scammers, refused to honor my reservation rental rate, tried to charge me 3 to 10 times as much and demanded that I buy their OPTIONAL supplemental liability insurance policy even though I made it clear that I only wanted the minimum that is included by state law. I walked off and rented from another company instead. Avoid them!

Regular customer service. Tried to charge more than the online reservation established. Added excessive charge on 1/8 of the gasoline tank.

I Made a reservation through Hotwire, as I arrived they have a completely different rate. I felt cheated and deceived, not an honest way to run business. Looked like a regular business practice.
