0 stars if i could! Horrible service. No kindness or understanding. Very cold. Not helpful at all and left me feeling abandoned after i missed my flight. They treated me like i was a criminal and literally ignored me when i was talking. They also wanted to charge a crazy fee for another ticket. Which i bought from a 3rd party at fraction of the cost! Not happy about that experience at all

get here with plenty of time. also note there is no regular baggage lines. we missed out flight and all we had to do was just check in our bags.

Very bad experience with Aeromexico.. they going crazy with the flight information on the screens is total disinformation.. they just update that accurately 10 minutes before your flight departure.. I lost my flight while was in the terminal 6 hours in advanced, they posted in time initially.. later they showed my flight with 1 hour delay.. so i seat to eat .. when I decided to to to the Gate the flight simple had departed .. the sad things was that aeromexico ask me to buy new ticked.. instead of just seat me in the next flight.

I flew economy, but it was good! Professional and polite service.

Couldn't fault the flight. On time, free food and good audio visuals.
