I tried to book a flight on their website. They lure you in with a cheap price, then force you to upgrade every feature. I will fly another airline and would not consider using this company again.

Appalling. I bought a ticket online for my wife, it said that the seat is assigned by the company or you can choose with a charge. I opted for the first one and when I got to take the flight, SURPRISE !!! You didn't buy a seat and it's full. So I don't know what I bought. FATAL.

Terrible respect for the passenger, the price is the only good thing they have. Flights are delayed, they serve you poorly. In the 4 times I have traveled with them, in the 4 I have had problems of some kind, it is a reverend crap their service.

It is a terrible company: irresponsible, poorly left, without organization. They cancel flights and are not responsible for the damages, the options they give are terrible, they also do not keep their word and do not return the money! The worst airline.
