I decided to go with Avis because of the reasonable pricing and car options. Staff was friendly and efficient. There also available 24 hours a day. Great service.

I showed up with a paid reservation. Once I got there i was turned away because my visa was a bank card and not a credit card. The guys wanted an actual credit card and kept on telling me that they don't accept Visa bank cards. They bussed me and my 2 kids back to the airport. I had to scramble to look for alternative transportation. Luckily I was able to rent a car through a different company. Unluckily I ended up paying a lot more while using the same Visa bank card this company refused to honor. Because of this I also had to spend time from my vacation trying to get my refund from the rental. We had a horrible experience with this company. I don't recommend it and if zero stars was an option that would be my selection instead of the 1 star. Oh by the way, there is no notice of the cards used having to be a credit card.

Horrible service, my baby, wife, and myself were left stranded without a car due to horrible service. I was being charged ,$3,000 US dollars as a deposit!!!!??? When I checked my receipts I was given, the lady tried charging 5 thousand one time..and then 3 thousand the second time. She also took a copy of my passport and driver license. After declining me a car, the van drove us back to the airport and they left us without a car. Horrible service and they were trying to steal my money!
