Whenever I go, I meet a very well-prepared staff with all the willingness to help customers with any questions, in my case I had to send my products to Amazon logistics and they were in charge of advising me and making my products reached the warehouses with all the care that was required. The only detail is that shipping with them is a little more expensive than doing it with other packages.
