Juan was the driver for both of the tours we took. He arrived on time for both tours. Very friendly, helpful, personable and knowledgeable driver. He made both tours fun and interesting. Would highly recommend this tour company.

Both Drivers and both Vehicles that we had an experience with our transfers to and from the airport, were pretty awesome! Both drivers very friendly, on time and talkative. They were informative and humble. Such a perfect experience,we could not ask for more. Thankk you for such a smooth experience.

We used them for shuttle service to and from the airport to our resort and they were early both times. They were exceptionally clean, had great a/c, and bottled water. They even confirmed through text and Whatsapp the day before that the date and time were correct. I HIGHLY recommend them.

The water was not clear, so snorkeling was subpar. Probably the worst snorkeling we've ever done. As well, the water was VERY choppy, so with the boat going so fast, it was VERY uncomfortable. Frankly, I'm surprised people didn't get sick. IMO, I think you should advise your clients of the conditions and offer to reschedule or refund. It was NOT an enjoyable experience. The seagoos, the power movers, first, mine died and I had to wait on getting another, then the power was limited, it didn't move fast at all. Your tour operators were FANTASTIC!!! For us, the experience was memorable, but NOT in a good way. I would NOT recommend this excursion to someone else unless the water is clear and ocean is NOT literally "rolling"! it was very easy to book, a bit unclear as to where to find it as we walked.

Cabo San Lucas Tours are a top notch company. Our pick up at the airport was efficient timely and smooth in spite of a delay in our arrival time and an outrageously full arrivals literally hundreds of people at one time. Unfortunately I do not remember either of our driver’s names- I think Jesus was our first driver excellent English and very knowledgeable about the area and was keen to share interesting facts about spots along the way! Our return drive as well was lovely talkative and curious about our county- Canada. The vehicles were immaculate!! New and luxurious! Our driver greeted us with fresh wash clothes which were a welcome treat after making our way through an overcrowded airport- he also provided ice cold water for the drive! Fabulous!! We opted for a private transfer which was a little more expensive but so trust worthy and reliable! I would highly Recommend this company either private or shared - shared is far cheaper but takes a little longer because of added stops for pother guests.
