The customer service was great! The tour was fun. It was easy to find, non-stressful, and had great service. We saw dozens of whales.

The crew was great all very nice. It’s worth the value we saw a lot of whales and the captain tried get as close as he could without endangering the whales so we could get shots of the whales. I would definitely recommend!

Fabulous experience!! We are greeted by name immediately outside the airport and yes, she wore a lt pink shirt and beige shorts. She walked us to our ride that waited 25' away and introduced the driver. He put our bags in the car and off we went directly toward the hotel. He offered to stop for anything we may need so we had him swing in a bank to exchange money, (always a better rate then at the airport). Then he drove us safely and directly to our hotel. The experience couldn't have been more perfect and it was reasonably priced too! I loved their instructional heads-up about not talking to the time-share guys on the way out of the airport. We made that HUGE mistake the 1st time visiting PV and wasted lots of valuable.

Terrible experience. Reserved and pre-paid for jet ski rentals and the staff attempted to steal money from me. The staff member indicated that we went over the time we reserved; however, I happened to be wearing a watch and we finished precisely at the time our reservation expired. We enjoyed the time on the water but I would recommend bringing your ticket (as we did) to prove your time slot or they might to try rip you off.

The guides are amazing! They are fun, don't seem bored, and are engaged. The zip lines are well-maintained. The staff know what they are doing. The view over the Rio Cuale is a sight to see. As tourism is down, the groups are small. The food and drinks at the restaurant are high-quality. Be sure to tip the guides please :-)
