They exceed speed limits with scary ease. Of course, they are handled with great courtesy. I think that if they had a safer handling and respected the speed limits, we would all prefer them ... I hope they see it as an opportunity for improvement.

Again bad image, the driver of unit 0334 claimed me because my ticket said zone 7 and according to him it had to be 8, I told him that I asked for a ticket by the name of my colony and the area was assigned by the ticket seller then because I did not choose the area, but I was still offended by his comments that the area that touched me was more expensive and even told me "passengers always say the same thing, in order to save ..." that is, he dared to Question my honesty. As if that were not enough, I made the report of this situation to the email that appears on the New Image page, a week has passed and nobody bothered to respond even if they received it.

Sometimes drivers are very accelerated, they put at risk the integrity of the passenger. They should work on that, otherwise it's fine ... They improved the billing methodology and that pleased me.

I always travel with this company, it seems safe and always arrive in time, but today .. All the way went crazy and texting on the phone 😠
