4 hour delay and they did not give us flight information. They had us with lies and tee-time tall tales. Changing the room at least three times. Supposed flight left at 8:30 pm and ended up leaving until 1:20 am! With children it was definitely the worst experience with Aeromexico.

Excellent service, there were delays in my flight and without requesting it they offered a very effective solution and also gave me a refund.
