Limited number of seats for children. I was forced to pay adult price for an 8 year old. Not a happy camper. No WiFi on the bus as promised.

Estrella de Oro ("Gold Star") operates the premier bus service between Acapulco and Mexico City ("CDMX"). The five-hour trip is comfortable in the 'Diamante' class which has a single seat on one side of the aisle and two seats on the other. Snacks and TV are provided, along with two rest romos.
