They did not want to sell me the cell phone that I wanted because supposedly they were "sold out" ... and why do they exhibit it? And they put it up for sale !! They did not give me true information nor did they treat me properly !! I am very disappointed!! Terrible service!!.

It's good, from the entrance they give you a turn to consult with an advisor and answer your questions, but the wait is sometimes very long, I don't know if something can be done about it.
