On time, professional, clean and climate controlled vehicle (with phone chargers!) Everything we ordered ahead of time was on board and our driver was great. Will be a repeat customer!

I just love love love this place! They are the best. We use them everytime we go Cancun!. The staff is the greatest! Very helpful in making all my transportation needs!

The service was excellent. Due to Covid my flight change numerous times and Meet Playa was exceptional in helping me with updating and change my arrival and departure information. The day before my arrival an email was sent to me confirming my information and instructions on how to find them at the airport. Once there, a driver was waiting with a sign with my name on it which made the experience stellar. My drive Carlos was amazing!!!! He dropped us off and picked us up for our return flight. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about attractions and placing to visit while in Mexico. He was funny and attentive during both legs of our journey. Great driver to have, he was awesome. I have visited Mexico over 10 times and have never had a better transfer service. I will always use Meet Playa whenever in Mexico. They will transport you to any of the locations on the Island and I highly recommend using them for your transportation needs. Remember they also offer personal island tours so take advantage of that as well!!!!!

Highly recommend this company. They are professional, on time, and cost way less than other transfers - especially resort operated transfers. Leo responds almost immediately. Will definitely use this company again.

We've used Meet Playa several times for airport-resort transportation to multiple locations around the Cancun area. They are great to communicate with. They are always there ( on time) to greet you when you arrive- always with smiles- and with beer, too, if you pre order! The vehicles are always comfortable and we feel very safe. The owner/chief manager, Leo, is extremely service oriented and responds promptly to emails. For example, this last trip, our airline changed flights, so I emailed MeetPlaya, and I received a change confirmation within about an hour!
