My daughter rented from here. At the end of the trip they had her sign a receipt without an amount and ended up charging her more than DOUBLE what was agreed upon for false charges. Do not rent from this place. They are scammers.

TOURISTS BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY from this place! They will steal from you right in front of your face while standing at the counter. The business counter for VIAJERO Car rental, Querétaro is located inside the HS HOTSSON HOTEL, QUERÉTARO. I was told the total cost for a one week rental plus insurance on a compact car was $6,095.00 MX Pesos which was to be paid upon return of the vehicle. He was only supposed to charge my card $2,000 pesos as a deposit. Well, without my knowledge or authorization, the clerk charged my card for $8000.00 pesos which is $434.00 US Dollars. I have no idea where he even came up with the amount. He was obviously trying to overcharge me on purpose and steal from me but he was caught in the act. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU! ATT: TOURISTS BEWARE!!!! PAY ATTENTION!
