My luggage did not arrive to Monterrey, and half of the passengers of my flight have the same problems. We still here trying make a complaint.

It is my favorite with which I have made hundreds of flights, a small negative note they have become too tax-free and no longer give away anything like once they occasionally gave upgrades to loyal customers like me.
