Terrible customer service, reluctantly. People not suitable to serve the passenger. They do not accept credit card. In the 70s they stayed, but with 21st century prices. The problem is the monopoly of transportation in Morelos. No competition, no options

The service is dismal, the staff that assists you in the purchase of super bad fitness tickets, you ask something and they answer you in a bad way, they lack a lot of training to their staff towards dealing with people, they do not solve the doubts you have at the time.
