Perfect hotel if you're passing through Mexico city, and if you're working. The free airport shuttle was really appreciated, wifi was perfect and they are really careful with disinfection and COVID measures. I felt very safe staying there. And the staff was super kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We now live in Covid times and this hotel which is located in a sketchy area has the nerve to have their main entrance door closed as if covid would enter thru the main entrance door. You have to walk thru a dark parking lot and walk around to get into the mall and then walk across the entire mall with your luggage until getting into the hotel. It's really inconvenient especially coming in late at night. We called the hotel concierge and they had us waiting for over 10 minutes to guide us with no one showing up. When we called a second time they said they were helping a customer. We finally made it on our own and there were 3 gentlemen and two ladies at the front desk chit-chating and no one had the audacity to show up and pick us up at the wing stop downstairs to properly guide us into the hotel. Garbage service with good comfortable rooms.

Good place. Clean safe and trendy. Restaurant food is a little bland but the service is great. Front desk ladies could be nicer. Electric stairs not functioning hard to navugate with luggage.

With spacious and comfortable rooms, the hotel is conveniently located inside a shopping mall. The employees are super nice, and the amenities had the best lavender scent I have ever used. Highly recommended and free transfer available to the airport.

We checked in and put cash and other valuable things on the safe unfortunately the employees have access to it, so they stole some of the cash. When filled the complain apparently they accessed the room without our approval to add a complementary gift. We received no help from the staff and no reimbursement for the cash that was stolen.
