We stayed in this hostel for more than a week and I can say that we probably find one of the best place in acapulco . Really clean, nice room with ocean view, the hotel is really well maintained and the swimming pool with the big outside sofa is just perfect . But the plus is the friendly staff who is really helpful and friendly .highly recommended

Beautiful hotel in the area, with affordable prices compared to the competition, its common / green areas are beautiful, they make you feel as if you were in "Tulum", the staff is very friendly and they are always attentive to the guest, Eleazar our host behaved very good and made us feel at home. The food in the restaurant is tasty and cheap, the rooms have a sea view, they are warm. I made a reservation on FB and they respected it. Be careful if you are looking for a corner to escape from the routine, this is the best option, it is not a very crowded place in case you are concerned about the issue of the epidemic, without a doubt I would return many times.

Terrible cleaning, rooms with little maintenance, they do not change sheets or towels, the bathroom with ants and many cockroaches. They do not respect prices. It's a shame, they should improve the quality of their services and attention, there is never anyone at the reception, they do not sanitize, there is no WiFi, only cold water works for bathing, dirty common areas.
