Booking the vehicle on line was pretty easy and fast. I knew what I wanted yet when I picked up the vehicle at the airport I was offered two different cars, one was a Kia Rio smaller than what I paid for and the other was a beat up VW Jetta. The vehicle had one missing hub cap, multiple scratches and dents. Check engine light was on and brake lights on. When reversing the car would make loud break noises. Air conditioning was barely blowing cold air and I had it at full blast due to very hot and humid weather. This is the second time I rent from Europcar Cd Obregon Airport and both were bad experiences. The first time I had to go get vehicle exchanged at downtown facility because of worse conditions including a full crack on windshield. When I returned the vehicle at airport the facility was closed. I had to wait more than 30-min for someone to come and finalize the return Will never give Europcar in Cd Obregon my business again!!! So irresponsible and careless for their customers.

Good price, but the car was not in the best condition, it brought noise and it was delivered dirty inside, as I received it at night, it was not noticeable very dirty back seats

Terrible service, since I booked they did not explain me well so apart from 1500 I paid 400 pesos more than what the car rental was. Upon arriving at the agreed time for my reservation (9 am), Mrs. Mirella had not arrived, so we waited for her for 50 minutes. Upon arrival neither an apology nor anything, with a bad attitude and if that were not enough, no masks!

It is expensive compared to other rental companies, however they have cars available even when you arrive without a reservation, it takes you a long time to make the contract and if you want to return the car you have to wait for them to arrive at the office and it has already taken more than 40 minutes and nobody arrives, You call the numbers that leave you at the door and after much insistence they answer you reluctantly only to tell you that the person arrives in 15 minutes, 40 pass and no one arrives, to see how much longer I have to wait
