Terrible Service to address personal problems with the Bank HSBC only want to give you by means of deception credit card, insurance and other products. Personally, I have suffered from a deficient long-wait attention, and they make acquaintances come in first and if an executive vacates and does not want to attend to you, it is done as if they are busy. They are supposed to have a good service attitude that is what they are for. More not generalized, it only happened to me with half of the customer service staff.
