I love their bus services ; our family has used this service for years. There were once some comments about the drivers and how they were driving. I never have seen a bad driver and we use them regularly, wifi, a snack, good tv.. what else do you want for their fair prices.

Nice bus terminal as far as they go, experience and bad food available twenty four hours

Took coach from Mazatlan to Guadalajara January 06. And took coach from Guadalajara to Pto Vallarta on January 14, 2020. Both trips were uneventful & the driver very professional and safe. Bus was clean & comfortable. I booked my tickets in advance by purchasing online. You get a small discount if you pre book online and you can pick your seats.
