Horrible on date or name changes for flights 👎

I didn't have my boarding pass printed and a young gentleman assisted me on a easier and faster method of doing check-in on my phone through the app Volaris. He took his time and helped me. All the employees were very attentive to your needs and concerns. I definitely received extraordinary customer service from Volaris in the Guanajuato airport. Thank you Volaris!

The times that I have been a user of the Volaris airline, I have had the facility to make changes, in addition to that their customer service is efficient and they solve problems in a short time. Friendly staff, low prices, good promotions. As for the area, they are the same comments. I recommend that it be considered as a good option.

Now with the covid you have to fill out more than 3 forms to enter the United States apart from the covid exam ... and they VOLARIS will inform you as you progress through the different lines you do at the airport ... .This outrages me because there are people who do not know how to use all the applications well and if relatives or someone warned in advance it would help to comply with the requirements ... and not when boarding the plane.

The flights have affordable costs but then you understand why. If you travel as a family, you are not assigned seats together and you have to pay extra, for suitcases you have to pay extra, on-board service is extra, etc.
