Terrible customer service, their supervisors are not well trained when it comes to solving problems. He takes care of you badly, they do not explain anything to you and on top of that his shift ends and they leave, by the time the next supervisor arrives we must start again. It seems they are trying hard to get you to miss the flight. When there is a delicate situation and it takes a little empathy, they are completely inept.
