Facilities and cleanliness is great, the staff are also awesome, very attentive and friendly. But as somebody said before you better like peanuts and cookies, because they don't serve any food complimentary, what you oder is very average too and all in plenty of plastic/mass produced. Doesn't feel like food for VIP lounge at all, you get much fancier sandwiches in the shops open to everyone, for the same price, but really - way better in terms of quality .

Neither its VIP nor its premier, I generally don't give harsh feedbacks, but here I am compelled to give one. The family area is upstairs without having elevator, who makes such facility where only passengers come with their bag and baggage,(talk about seniors and handicapped ones) and have to go upstairs in family area. The staff was not at all friendly albeit condescending, on our free lounge excess they werent able to give us any food, as mostly it was out of stock, these 2 stars i am giving for the bar staff at the lower level.

I've literally never been to a worse airport lounge in my life or treated more poorly at a lounge! Sat for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, went back up to the desk and asked the receptionist if we could order food. She shows me the menu and tells me to ask a waiter. I finally ask the little bald waiter walking right by us, "excuse me excuse me", kept walking. Don't bother coming here!

I had a fantastic stop at the lounge. Since we are in the midst of COVID-19, I can assure you that the lounge is very clean and the friendly staff are taking the safety protocols very seriously. Masks, face shields and gloves were worn by the entire team. I ordered the shrimp croquettes off the digital menu ( be warned - there is not an English menu option digitally - use your high school Spanish ! Haha! ) The croquettes were delivered fast and fresh and I was checked on throughout my meal. This is a wonderful spot to rest while you change planes in CDMX. Priority Pass is accepted here.
