My suitcase did not arrive on a Alicante-Cancun flight

The telephone service is PESIMO, I have been trying to contact someone for three days and they do not stop moving from side to side until the machine tells you that there is nobody and HANGS YOU! It does not even leave you waiting for an operator to vacate ... IT TELLS YOU THAT YOU ARE TRYING AGAIN IN A RATE AND HANGING YOU !!!

In my experience the service provided is excellent. I felt very well taken care of and the explanations they gave me were very clear.

Iberia's service is really deplorable. They leave you waiting on the phone. They don't solve your problems. The call is cut in the middle of a conversation and you have to call back and explain everything again. And so 4 times. If you ask for an oxygen service on the flight they tell you that it is already authorized and when boarding there is nothing and you have to lose your neck. We weigh!

Disappointed. I have been a regular at Iberia for more than 25 years. For the first time in all this time I am really disappointed. I wanted to book tickets for my wife and my baby. The system did not allow me to make the reservation online and went to the call center. A person with a Caribbean accent took the call, offered insurance that we did not accept and the next day I saw charges on my card for more than 15,000 pesos for unsolicited insurance. Iberia has not been able after four days to find a solution to cancel these unsolicited insurance and the feeling of being backed by them has been void. My wife was left on hold for more than an hour when I asked to be passed with a supervisor. How can a selection of personnel be allowed that allows criminals to take credit card data and not be able to give a solution to your client?
