Not overly crowded. Operates well. Helpful staff

Cashiers here hate foreign tourists. They said my bus was full but it was not and ,after it, they sold the last ticket to a local passenger. This is the place where I was treated the worst in my two months trip in Mexico.

Great bus line. Nearly always on time. Comfortable and clean. It is best to buy tickets a day or two ahead of time and you'll save quite a bit of money. Also, if you look on their website you can find good discounts on their GL and Platino class bus trips. They are fantastic.

It's pretty small terminal, with a convenient store to grab some snacks. The best thing, there's free Wi-Fi, it's not the best or fastest internet, but for a visitor from another country with no international data plan, that is great! Make sure you have some change, because to use bathroom, you need to pay some pesos.
