Convenient way of heading to Progreso at a very affordable price. Regular buses during the day but no fixed schedule.

Buses to the beach leave every 20 minutes. Clear plastic curtains between seats. 21 pp each way. Calle 62 Centro Historica.

We took the bus to Progreso to go to the beach. 21 pesos per person. Good bus with air condition

This place is a trip! We got into Progreso at 10:30 am the tour guide offered a tour that left at 11:00 am giving us 4 hours to enjoy an all inclusive beach experience and the ruins. At noon we still hadn’t left the bus station. Hector (who sold us the tickets lied to us just to sell us the tickets) when we asked him about the wait we kept being told the bus will be here in 10 mins then 5 mins. Then when it came we sat on the bus for 15 mins while they found a tour guide. We now have barely 2 hours to do the ruins and the all inclusive because we have to head back at 230 to board. I’m beyond mad. Lie after lie and no refund. Do NOT use them. First experience with them and it will be my last!
