The very crowded flights. The rules and measures that apply throughout the airport are broken when entering the plane, but I understand the economy, but I think they can improve more. The staff at the counter to document when it was my turn told me, I'm leaving, they will attend to you there. They took care of me in the end but I had to wait another 5 minutes. In the end all good. Everything else fine. Thanks a lot

In these times of coronavirus, planes are filled to the brim, there is no healthy distance between passengers, the seats are uncomfortable, small and with little space for the legs ... Everything that is food and beverages is sold at inflated prices (I understand which is for airport taxes, but not a simple glass of water). For the other best flight in Viva Aerobus if I want a culero service at a better price

During the pandemic, they keep a "healthy distance" at the airport but the plane is full. But in terms of punctuality and costs, all good👍
