Poor show. Food is swimming in oil which just makes the food greasy and unnecessary calorie loaded. Flavours are pretty bland. The price is to be expected in an airport but if I am ever in Merida airport again I would try the burger joint downstairs. Beers are M$78. No atmosphere, poor service. A really wish people would leave all the plates of the finished diners until the end of the meal. It is rude to rush the diners who eat slower by starting to clear the table before everyone has finished eating.

The cochinita torta was absolutely amazing. The panuchos were also really good. I'd definitely eat there again.
