This was a great spot for a last minute relocation close to the airport. The pool and outdoor area was awesome even in the evening. There were 2 FIRM full size beds in the premium room. The room was clean and the decor was current. The A/C wasn't quite able to cool the room down for sleeping and it was a bit noisy with other patrons and planes overhead at night.

Very accommodating. I arrived late at night and there was someone there to help me. The room and bath were very clean. I had a nice breakfast in the restaurant sitting out by the pretty pool.

Great place if you need to stay near the airport. Very friendly staff and decent accommodations.

very kind and helpful staff, covid measures in place, close to the airport, room service was relatively fast, no freshly pressed orange juice (seems to be impossible to find it in Yucatán), no vegan options in menu, food was "meh", room had that "humid" smell, towels and sheets look old, would come back just for 1 night if I had an early flight the next day
