Excellent attention from all the staff, it is very quiet, the bungalows are very comfortable (There are for 2 people and others for 4 or more). Although the hotel offers us very simple facilities, they are still comfortable and very clean. It is true that during my stay on November 2 and 3, 2020, I did not have hot water, because the solar heater was not working. Something that is a huge area of ​​opportunity is: The hotel staff stops working at 6pm. only one nightstand remains. The area where the hotel is located does not have an infrastructure that provides food service for dinner, so guests are forced to look for something to dine in the downtown area of ​​Tuxpan or its surroundings. It is not worth that they abandon their guests at night. A guard in the dining room until a reasonable hour would be great.

Excellent place, very good location, reasonable prices, customer service. Perfect place to vacation a few days.
