Very good hotel with view to the river

The hotel is very well established. The attention provided by the staff was excellent. The facilities are of first level. The restaurant had a very big variation of international food. Room service was great. The location was perfect because it is located at the most visited place in the city.

Terrible customer service, most unprofessional staff I’ve encountered in any hotel in Mexico. Also no free breakfast. Do not come here.

Awful expirence. I arrived at 11.30pm with my wife, toddler and baby, all exhausted, with my booking confirmation email. They told me they had cancelled my booking and had no rooms. They said they tried to call and I didn’t answer. I don’t know if they did or not but if they did they call and know I didn’t answer - they then *knew* I didn’t know my booking was cancelled. Unacceptable. A voice message or email at the least.
