My experience was very bad, I came last night because my 8-month-old baby has vomiting and diarrhea. From the first registration I commented that I was suspected of covid and they gave me a quick consultation with a Colombian doctor who, in a super fast consultation and very lacking inspection, told me this is not covid, it is a gastro-intestinal infection and that they would send me to the emergency room from vomiting. I was about 2 hours waiting for them to call me in the emergency area and they never attended to me, I asked the young man at resection to please check if they had passed my case and he said yes but that the doctors were busy, it should be noted that it was I am the only one waiting to be served. The fact is that almost two hours after I was expecting my baby I vomited and since it was very cold I had to leave without receiving attention. Zero empathy on the part of the staff who had knowledge of my case

I don't doubt that it is a good hospital and that there are good doctors, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Doctor SAID FLORES MORENO, who did nothing for my little girl's health when it came to surgery. Despite the fact that I had evidence and plates, I argued that I had nothing. I can also say that their attitude is not of service. Because of such negligent doctors, unnecessary tragedies often occur. Watch out for this doctor. Fortunately my daughter is safe because we are not left with her poor and clumsy opinion. It is necessary to make these types of complaints as many lives can be saved. Parents Be careful when you come across a health servant of this type, make your observations because perhaps they are professionals who should not be in those hospitals.
