ADO CAPU

Excellent place. It's a HUB bus station so there are hundreds of buses coming and going. It's at the heart of everything. Everything you need for 1 night stay or indeed several is right here.

Unqualified employees. They have no notion on helping a customer get to where he wants to go. Only propose direct connections, instead of looking for a good connection. Lost 3 hours waiting in Puebla, seeing leaving buses to a place from where there are various connections to where I wanted to go. And as I paid with credit card, ADO did not allow to change the ticket.

Good location

I now trust ADO! Service was great! We had our tickets exchanged for a later time in less than 5 min and we only had to pay for fare difference which was minimal!
