Don't do a reservation in advance, they do not honor reservations and you may not have a vehicle when you attempt to pick up your reservation. The customer service is very poor. I stood in line for 20 minutes while 3 employees just stood around. I had to ask for their attention to attend to me. Thankfully they were willing refund me, but I would rather gamble next time and just see if I get lucky with a same day reservation. Very disappointed

Hasta el momento no he dejado de recibir excelente atención de los muchachos de las diferentes sucursales. Ahorita me atendió Erick y soluciono mi problema. Actualmente vine por un cambio de vehículo y todo bien, sin contratiempos. La tarifa qué recibí con seguro cobertura total, vale la pena.
