National Car Rental

Great experience with National Car BJX. The car was clean and in great shape. Customer service was outstanding. I had to call twice to extend my contract due to a medical emergency and they were super helpful. They honored the original daily rate until I was ready to return the car. I would rent with them again. Book via the .mx website to get the best rates.

Car rented: Nissan Mach Got to the airport, National Rental stand was right outside of the exit after the baggage check. I completed the reservation 2 days prior to renting. Went in with my Drivers license and credit card. They put a hold on my CC for $10,000 pesos($525.00 USD). Got driven to the parking lot where I received my rental. The whole process took 15 minutes at the most. The return experience was also a breeze. Returned the car in the parking lot, got driven to the airport entrance which is like 1 min away. We arrived and told the employee we wanted to close the contract, closed it and was out of there in 5 minutes. Will definitely be renting from them again. Total Cost $4,300.12 (Pesos) $ 230.00 (USD)

Ive rented a car here 3 times since my company gets a discount. All 3 times i have waited more than an hour to get my car, the gas tank has never been full.
