Hertz

Fairly easy to locate. Once you do locate the office, due to the pandemic, it will take longer than usual. I waited for 20 minutes before I was allowed in the office then another 20 minutes to get the rental. Refused the insurance so had to put a 10% deposit on value of vehicle, which was no issue. Once you sign paper work, you will be directed to walk outside and wait for the van which will transport you to the secondary office (3 minute drive time). Guys at secondary office are very helpful. No issue with the rental. Keep an eye out when you depart, blind spot to the left exiting the gate.

Horrible experience! first when I rent the car they try to hold on my card the whole price of the car because I refuse their insurance, I had to make a lot of calls to fix the problem and then instead of getting the car by 10 am- 1030ish I got it until 230. Then when I returned it I especify that I would return it at 7 pm and they try to say that the time start when they gave me the car at 230 so they where trying to charge me for an extra day but I fought and I didn't let them. The bad thing is that I rented through fireflay.com and they transferred me to hertz. Definitely read everything they make you signed and make sure they give you any promises by written Definitely i don't recommend it

Not friendly and over priced. Try the rental place two doors down next to this one to save 50% to begin with.

Do not rent from Hertz in Mexico - they will massively overcharge you, have terrible service and when you attempt to get clarity on their overcharging they will ignore your questions. Just stay away. I will no longer be renting from Hertz after this experience - I gave them more than a month to respond to my questions and concerns before posting this, they failed to respond.

A typical Mexican car rental scam. You reserve a car online with clearly stated price and when you arrive, they won't give you a car, unless you pay twice as much. They would invent some reason, typically that at the moment they do not have the car you reserved available. Which is of course not true. Avoid- there are better options around.
