Now with the pandemic they're doing a nice job, making lines for you to be attended but it's better if you make an appointment online. The staff is very friendly and helpful in any way.

Pathetic Service and Management I had an appointment of 4:40 pm. I was allowed to go inside only at 5:10pm. When I was scheduling an appointment, I was asked about the details and I clearly mentioned that I need to replace battery of my iPhone X. When I went inside there was no battery available and I was asked to come back next day and again stand in the queue. If you don't use the information pre provided by the customer then why you ask it? Pathetic service and I couldn't believe that it is coming from Apple.

Pretty good service and the staff it's very nice and welcoming, feels like home and they know what they're doing going above and beyond to help you out

Over all its a nice place to go and get information about Apple products

Personally I'm no big fan of Apple products and consider them overrated.
