Garbage. Claimed they didn't need to accept the reservation. Rude. Did not have car ready. Did not accept international insurance policy that I purchased for the trip. Added insurance , taxes, and all types of transaction fees. Final price was 3x the reservation price that said "all taxes and fees included." Total scam.

Watch out for unexplainable charges. I rented a Town and Country van for 10 days in June of 2017, it was over $1000 dollars which I expected since the rental in the US is about the same price. When I returned in March of 2018, I rented a basic sedan with the same coverage, for 5 days. Hertz Villahermosa Aeropuerto takes a few days to bill you, so I flew back home and received a bill of $1,200+. I called the number that appeared in Google and there was no answer, I asked a family member in Mexico to call them, they eventually answered but the number was to another business. I called Hertz in the US and they gave me other numbers which did not work either. They explained that the bill had several miscellaneous charges which they could not explain since Hertz is locally managed in each city. I finally disputed the charge and ended up paying the fair amount that was quoted to me, but it was a big headache. Be careful when renting vehicles in Villahermosa.

If your flight is delayed, be careful, they will not respect your reservation and will end up wanting to charge you x10 times more with the excuse that the insurance raises the price (something which does not make sense). Personally, I use Hertz in the North of the Country, in the South ... avoid Hertz at all costs.

Employees take advantage of the good faith of customers; They charged me some additional insurance to which I clearly said I was NOT interested. Additionally, I reported and paid for a flat tire upon return, which I did not have to pay in the insurance that they put me without my consent. Recommendation: take the name of each employee who assists you in this agency to be able to report it.

VERY BAD SERVICE YOU ARRIVE WITH RESERVATION AND PREPAID AND THEY WANT TO PAY YOU THE INSURANCE THREE SEE MORE THAN THE RENT OF THE CAR, I RENT A JETTA AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT DRIVE THAT TYPE OF VEHICLE THAT ONLY HAD A PICKUP MITSUBERQUISIMA BECAUSE OF DIFFERENT STANDARD SAFETY RULES IT IS INCREDIBLE HOW DIRTY IT WAS INSIDE IT TAKES ME AT LEAST 15 MINUTES CLEANING BOLANBTE LEVER AND CONTROLS THE BASICS THAT IT IS USED VERY BADLY
