Very good airline, flights to Cancun, Chicago, Tijuana, Puerto Vallarta among others, departing from Querétaro with Volaris! They handle good prices

I recommend you never fly with this airline and much less in these times of pandemic, they look for anything to make you extra charges, bad service, bad attention, all bad and bad, it is the worst airline of all that in itself the Mexican airlines are Disgusting, but volaris is the worst! I will not fly with you again

It is a junk agency. Impossible to contact them by phone, mail or social networks. They canceled one of my flights, they didn't give me a reason, much less a solution to the problem.
