Hertz

This car rental agency is a disaster. We made a reservation for a car on the internet. When we came to rent the car, the price was 1,5 times higher. After 30 minutes, the guy told us he did not have the car we booked and that we could take another berline that was twice the price. We asked to have any car but for the price we had booked. Nothing could be done on the price. Car stocks are wrong on the internet, they make you come (pay a taxi) and prepare the contract for 30 min, and then say they don't have the car. We canceled and left... This company doesn't seem to want to make business.

I am waiting now for 1 hour and the location has no car! My whole travel plan was wasted because of the fact that they accept reservation and they do not have a car when you show up. I called the central customer service and they couldn’t help me either. I am not sure why Hertz does not apply the same standard in Mexico. Very unreliable

They simply could not find solutions to rent me a car I booked online, the person at the place didn't seem to have any interest in doing business with me. At the end I walked away and took a taxi.

They show a very attractive rate, then, when you go, it turns way to high, more than two times due to the insurance, how come you pay more for insurance than for the rent of the car???
