BEWARE: Very sneaky personnel. They will quietly put optional insurance coverage and attempt to convince you that it is part of the contract. I dealt with multiple people over a short period of time and they did same thing. At one point they tried to convince me that optional credit card protection was necessary. I'm very disappointed in this location's customer service. Last time they put in $3000MX for extra day! Yes, 3000, this is not a mistake! Customer service is impossible to reach.

If you have a reservation online, good luck. Check the rates before signing contracts. Came 30 minutes later and Hertz saying your reservation expired. If you trying to use third party insurance, you will have a trouble getting a car. Hertz will say they can't give a car to you. Your final dayly rate will be as weekly rate if you compare online

Rented two times a car there now. I have rented it via a third party site to get the lowest price. Everything was fine, no problems with anything. Would and will rent a car there again. Personal there also speaks english, but probably not on the highest level...

Do not rent from here. When renting the car. They put a hold on the credit card as an assurance. However, when returning the car, they told me that they accidentally charged the card instead of putting a hold. They said that they would reimburse the card, and that it would take a day or two. They never did. Numerous calls and emails asking for the reimbursement, but no reply.
