DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Queretaro

The receptionist upon arrival was very inviting and upgraded me as a Diamond member which was appreciated. The included parking and breakfast, and the open pool, and the convenient location were why I chose to stay at this hotel. The current ongoing points promotion made the stay worthwhile too. I ended up getting about 4000 points for a one-night stay. I appreciated the good service at the reception desk and restaurant. Food choices for the breakfast buffet were good. Some of the features in the bedroom suite needed better cleaning. For example, I found a used coffee pod in the coffee maker... that tells me the bedroom suite was not properly cleaned after the last guest checked out.

They keep the sound very high at the fronyñt desk that you can heaf in the first and 2nd floor untill 12 am when they turn it off

The only decent thing about the hotel is that is it clean. They have no email address, so it's impossible to communicate properly - calling the Reception inadvertently means you're ringing 3-4 times to get an answer. I requested the number of a taxi company in advance of my visit, and the Receptionist told me she could not help give me one! The breakfast spread is very limited and the coffee machine was broken the 4 days I stayed. Would not recommend.

Only stayed one night. Very nice, well appointed rooms. Great service but not centrally located to the historic part of the city. Approximately 5km away. Not convenient but only a $3 Uber ride away. Great, "American style", hotel. Would give 5 stars accept for it's location to the historic center.
