Very clean. Restaurant is open. Great food.

The staff was so friendly and attentive. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. The food was amazing. Especially liked the hugo verde!

Nice facilities, however they charge for the view, no matter Spire status or low occupancy

When I go to my Mexico plant I stay on the hill. The hotel was completely remodeled and now the rooms have a fresh modern look. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is large. The lightning is also very cool. I love the food there and never had a bad meal. The pool is small and each time it was desolate. The gym is small but enough.

My wife and myself stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and we are really really disappointed. We reserved the master suite, which we are expecting the room will have a lot of extras. This was incorrect. the only thing that makes the master suite a master suite is the room is big and that is all. Standard Holiday Inn rooms in the USA have more to offer then the master suite at this hotel. The restaurant needs there menu to be updated. The food I would give a minus stars. The servers do not know what they are serving as in portions and the cost of the food is way to experience. When I can go to Carl's JR and get better food and service that is bad. The vending machines are out of date, which should be cold vending machines and they are not. Only half of the ice machines work. Where the vending machines and the ice machines are is very dirty. The Lobby store is way to expensive for what they are selling. The reason for the two stars is due to the pool. The pool is well heated and very comfortable to be in. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. i WOULD RATHER STAY AT A STANDARD HOLIDAY INN.
