People are on point in sanitation and so welcoming

As always, great. Close to restaurants and bars. Short taxi rive or bus ride (if you are comfortable with that) from the beautiful downtown Queretaro. The staff is friendly and welcoming every time.

Vintos Panini Bar next to HGI. Excellent salad (Berry) and shrimp panini. Very low price for the food.

It was such as pleasure to walk into a hotel in Mexico and have not one but two people at the front desk who spoke English. Being from Canada, it was a very frustrating journey in Mexico up to that point because we did not speak or understand Spanish (our fault). Ricardo at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. He went way beyond the expectation and his job requirement and quickly put my husband and I at ease. All the rest of the staff we met during our stay were extremely friendly and happy, the room was very nice and very clean. Our over all experience at the Hilton was fantastic. We highly recommend staying at this hotel. We will always book with the Hilton from now on because of Ricardo.
