Hotel NH Puebla Centro Histórico

I cannot understand the positive reviews. The furniture of the rooms is quite run down. Our first room had feces on the toilet and a towel was missing. The bathroom was generally not cleaned well. We changed rooms. Second room had no soap, no bottled water (as is usual), a foot print on the night stand and was generally quite dusty. Now we are waiting for the third room. Unbelievable for the money they are asking and for being a 4-star hotel. Also, the carpets in the corridors are not vacuumed properly. Will not come back.

Good hotel with pretty good location. You are not further away than 8 minutes walking from the main attractions. Rooms could use a bit of a remodel but overall it is pretty good. The room appeared to be a bit under furnished with a lot of wasted space. But I guess extra space is never bad. Had a huge wall that could have had a fantastic view but the window was pretty small. Kind of an odd design choice. Would stay here again. Despite design flaws you cannot beat location and good service.

Great hotel but what I loved was the unique service and very personalized.

I stayed at the hotel for a week last month, was visiting from the United States. I really enjoyed the stay here. They have very nice and clean rooms. The staff was accommodating! Breakfast was amazing!! They had a variety of food and drinks to choose from. The location of the hotel was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Fair pricing, variety of options (breakfast incl./not incl. / food offered/rooms/etc), absolutely amazing staff, good English speakers, friendly, amiable, helpful, eager. Rooms are spacious and look fantastic, and are meticulously kept clean, bathrooms included. Location also great, very close to the center and most things you'll want to see. 10/10, would absolutely recommend. (Croatian/European tourist)
